Ack, so busy at work! I am swamped.

I'm about to leave for the Art Institute--hors d'oeuvres, cash bar, and a tour of a very cool-sounding photography exhibit. I am inexplicably nervous! I mean, I have traveled to several foreign countries alone (and, in one instance, pregnant) without any qualms, but I am nervous about this? That's a little silly, even for a noodlehead like me.

I'm going to do it anyway. There's a martini over there with my name on it.
