Thanksgiving at a restaurant with Gemini, his parents, and his aunt barely felt like Thanksgiving at all. I had a turkey dinner with all the trimmings, but I just wasn't feeling it. There was a lot of stuff on the buffet that, in my opinion, has no business being at Thanksgiving dinner--for example, stuffed pasta shells, beef stew, and carrot cake. Carrot cake? I ask you!!

I miss J, and today I'm part of a skeleton crew at work, cranking out the paperwork for the December 1 allocations.

On the other hand, how fortunate am I that these are my "problems"? Answer: Very. Extremely. Unbelievably.
